what tires to buy? 175/70/13s
not looking for crazy tires since its my daily driver, i don't need performance tires.
2 kelly exploer plus 40k mile warranty 140 installed at Just Tires
what are some good quality tires around 60 i can buy at places like discount tires and such.
discount tires have falkens sn-828 for 45$ with 45k warranty
Jinyu yh11 for 240 all 4 installed 40k miles warranty

Kelly and Jinyu tires are Chinese made and have horrible histories of being crap tires. Given this is your daily driver, you should take into consideration reliability.
I'd recommend Toyo Extensa A-S tires.
