Default DX hub assembly into STD knuckle?

I have a 91 STD and am getting some high performance aftermarket axles.

Only problem is, no one make the small axles for the STD, so I need to use a DX/SI hub to fit the axle.

My question is, can I just buy a couple of DX/SI hub assemblys to press into my existing wheel bearings or do I need to get a whole new knuckle?

If I bought, for instance, this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/FRONT-WHEEL-...-/291017125702

Could I just press that into my existing STD knuckles?

According to Majestic Honda's parts catalog, the wheel bearing part number for the DX and STD hatchback is 44300-SB2-963.

If the bearing is the same, I don't see how it won't work. However, thought I'd ask in case anyone has some conflicting information.

The hub is the difference #4 so I guess it would work
44610-SH3-010
44610-SH3-981

So a wheel bearing swap works and you don't have to swap knuckles? Seems like a lot of people could benefit from this. You don't get the improved braking from some of the knuckle swaps though.

The wheel bearing is the same part number. The only part I switched was the hub (the part with the axle splines) itself.

I put new bearings in it while I was doing it, because you have to separate the bearing to get the hub out so might as well.

The link above doesn't work anymore, but it was to an eBay seller who was selling a pair of bearings and a pair of hubs. FYI: ARP studs don't fit into eBay hubs very well. I had to weld the backs of them.

Another FYI when doing hub and bearing replacements. The 90-91 EX hubs are a lot larger on the outer diameter of the hub.
