Default crazy japanese throttle body

Hey guys, i have a tb that was on a b16 i picked up. anyone might know

my old gsr(b18c) tb had those Japanese markings too that is an od pulley tho maybe cause RHD ?.

I have no idea, i never seen one like that. I thought that extra piece was weird.

It's just a throttle body dude! All that really matters is the size. 1st gen tb's were 58mm, and later model b series are 60mm

The itr was just slightly larger at 62mm, hardly noticeable

I know its a throttle body. I never seen one with that piece on the throttle plate, hence me asking what it is, and where it came off of!

I believe that extra arm is for the warm up valve. older obd0 motors had a vacuum setup for a fast idle...b18a jdm motors had them...

Its just a regular throttlebody, to make it work just change the throttle cable plate and you'r set.
