Default Millenia Wheels meet Spoon Calipers

Quick question,

I did a search, but found nothing. Will the Millenia wheels clear Spoon Calipers?

They do not fit with out spacers.... I tried moving the washer and off seting the caliper, then grinding the calipers down some, but it still would not fit. 5mm spacer is close, 6mm spacer works perfect.

Here you can see where i hit them with the die grinder (circled in red)

Here is where they still hit inside the rim

It depends on the design of the spokes.

Each wheel is different.

The Spoon calipers will fit perfectly under the 15x6 OEM wheel (made by Enkei) for the USDM ITR and the JDM CTR, which use the exact same wheel.

But I've never heard of people using the Spoon calipers for the 15" wheels that come stock on the Euro/Aussie ITRs. You better find out before making the purchase.

Ouch that hurts..... Even after so much grinding it still doesn't clear?
Actually spacer is not a bad thing at all. It helps the car tracks in better, quite noticeable too.

ITS NICE HAVING A NICE LOOKING CAR. NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. JUST CAUSE YOU TRACK YOUR CAR DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE IT DIRTY.
i dont mean liek that...my car is always clean .....but i aint gonna be picky about my calipers ....something so functional ...i dont care how it looks ...as long as it does its job, and does it well

I must admit assdime was ghey for grinding them... there.

I would have ground the spoon and nisson logos off first. Then ground a bit more off then he did, I bet we could make em fit

IMO smurf blue calipers don't make a car look good plus we are talking about brake calipers here, not a car.

I'm a bit concern about the structural rigidity of the calipers after the grinding. Being lightweight is one of the biggest selling point of the Spoon calipers. If there's any other way to make them any lighter, I believe Spoon would have done so.

Craig, just make sure you stop grinding when you see brake fluid coming out.
