As top is states my. My car won't start a checked everything g an realized no power is getting to the pump as I wired it up fr om a stand alone battery and the car started....I have no diagram for the fuse box but I checked all the fuse and they are all good. Can so.e One Help Me please

 

Have you checked the main relay?
Most 90's Hondas have it located under the dash near the steering column.
