Speed Cable Honda CRX "B" Series

as I can connect the speed honda CRX B series, or should I change the meter?

Agreed. Your meter should be fine if the cable goes in the transmission.

depends on two things...

the cluster? manual or electric?

the speed sensor on the tranny, which can be switched out

I have a CRX B18C engine, the speed sensor is not the same as acura integra

In our cars, the VSS pulser is in the gauge cluster.

You have the option to either put a cable into your transmission, or to run the VSS pulse from the pulse generator on the transmission to your ECU, and have no speedometer on the gauge cluster then.
