Okay I can't lock my door period, I can't try using it with my key because when I bought the car it only came with the ignition key. I have to order new door cylinders. But anyways, I can't lock my door by hand or the button. It is a 95 Honda Accord LX. Would this be the actuator? I have a 1200 dollar system in my car and can't leave it in my car when I go out because I don't want it to get stolen. =[ Any help is appreciated.

 

get an alarm with power lock feature!

 

If you do get it to lock by hand how will you unlock it if you have no key? To lock a honda the door needs to be closed or pull the handle while locking.

 

I was just testing the locks before I ordered the cylinders(Reason I'm ordering cylinders instead of going to a locksmith is because they want 150 to make new keys for the trunk and doors. To buy the cylinders with keys it is 70 in total). It has been so long since I owned a Honda I forgot I had to do that to lock the driver door >.> Thanks though lol.

 

Get a steering wheel club and foot club to help prevent theft.
