I have a 99 Accord. I am having an issue with the lights. When i apply my brakes my turn signals will stop blinking and turn solid. This is only occurring on the driver side. It is in the front and rear. All the bulbs work. When the headlights are turned off everything works properly. Also when i apply the brakes my dash gets brighter and my parking lights in the front light up. I feel like its a bad ground or relay but I am not a mechanic by any means. Can anybody help??
