Can someone explain to me what a gsr tranny is with a LSD and flashed ecu means? b18b1 ls vtec

 

GSR = Grand Sport errr forgot the R...

LSD is Limited Slip Differential, will keep both front tires spinning instead of one when you put power to it.

A flashed ECU means it has been chipped to be programmable and has been flashed with at the bare minumum base fuel maps for the engine.

Methinks the abbreviations thread should be undeleted and worked on.....

gsr tranny is with a LSD - Acura Integra GSR Transmission with a Limited Slip Differential installed.

b18b1 ls vtec - Acura Integra RS/LS/GS block with a DOHC VTaaaaaak Head.

 

do you know if your GSR trans is a JDM trans or was an aftermarket LSD installed? As no USDM GSR came equipped with an LSD
