upper shock mount questions
im getting some new suspension for my 03 civic, and i have to option to have the upper mount plate that you can change the camber with or get the regular ones and use camber bolts. which would be the better option?
the car will not be used on the track, just the street. and it will be fairly low.
just afraid if i get the ones you can change from the top plate might break easily.

For a street car, there really is no reason to worry about camber on a strut based car after lowering. You won't gain enough camber to bother "correcting" it. What you should be much more concerned about is the fact that you're going to screw with the toe curve and roll center lowering the poor car that far.
No reason to pay for parts you don't need that will also make alignments more expensive.
Camber plates should never break. Seriously, even super cheap generic ones should be plenty strong. Now, "crash bolts" can slip and cause camber changes between alignments though, even when OEM.
