96 Accord 4dr Rear Window Falls Down?

I have a 96 accord just bought it, haven't really had a chance to look at it yet but the rear driver side window wont stay up. It's taped up. Any advice what it could be? There crank window by the way, no electric.

Window regulator is broken or window not properly connected to the regulator.

BTW this is not the proper form for this, should be in tech form or maybe Accord form. 94
