swap problems f22b2 into 93 accord chassis
ok long story short been looking everywhere for correct info, but getting nowhere.so a customer of mine has a 93 honda accord with a bad engine,he got a 97 f22b2 with low miles hoping to put into his 243k chassis.right off the bat i noticed drivers side mount is different, torque mount, fuel line and fpr are reversed, dizzy, multiple issues.so does anybody know correct info on what parts are needed to make the f22b2 fit and line up correctly as for the engine is paid for and cannot be returned.any help will be greatly appreciated thank you!!!
You will need to swap the driver side mounting bracket(if the mount from the old motor won't fit for some reason, it should but maybe not) and I guess the front mount bracket if the mount won't fit.

Only difference in the injectors is the connector clips... they are the same Peak and hold 240cc that use the same resistor box. You can use the injectors, fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator from the original engine for simplicity sake.
The use of the old F22A distributor is pretty much a must. Without it you will not have the TDC or CKP wired up, as they are located down behind the crank pulley on the 96-97 F22B2 engine. You could extend the 4 wires from the 93 engine harness down to the front of the crank. However, it would be easier to run the old distributor.
You will also need a complete F22B2 exhaust manifold and down pipe or an F22B1 manifold and down pipe. The F22B2 and '93 F22A* have completely different exhaust port layouts. The stock F22B1 manifold is a tubular style, 4-2-1 design. While the F22B2 is a clunky cast 4-1. An aftermarket header or a used F22B1 would be my suggestion.

so ive tried the fuel rail swap the holes do not line up correctly,so its a no go on that.the drivers side mount bolt holes will not line up as well, the only thing I could use off the f22a1 is the torque mount bracket so now I have to figure out which drivers side mount I need and which intake manifold will work correctly!!
Pull the drivers side mount off the f22a and install it on the f22b. You can look in the FAQ section https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/1990-2002-accord-faq-1664547/ there is a ton of info in there on swaps. good luck!
