help car wont start and limp mode
i was driving down the street the other day and my car went into limp mode and it was bogging on the way up there. then i saw some loose solder connections to my ecu so i fixed that then the light dosnt even turn on in the ecu and the fuel pump dosnt prime. when the car did run it started up fine was still in limp mode but when i shut it off i had to wait so it could start again. btw its a 1990 honda civic si with a pr3 obd0 ecu with a jdm b16.
no light means no ecu, so check your wiring and check your thermostat groundx and check the ecu.
sounds like you had some solder points with no shrinkwrap, may have blown up your ecu, may just be crossed wires.
