Are you going to go obd1 or stay using obd0?

If obd1, I think you'll need to use a p28 ecu with an obd0 to obd1 jumper harness. You'll also have to follow a write up on how to convert your car to obd1.

The link in a previous comment will help you tremendously.

to make it easy use your stock harness with you crx injectors, getta p28 ecu(make sure its a manual) and a obd1 conversion harness. youll have to wire the d16z6 distributor to work or buy a conversion harness. youll also have to wire a four wire 02 sensor and wire your vtec from the conv harness.

there are a bunch of walk throughs around that go into deeper detail.

FAQs at the top of this sub forum actually have a walkthrough still. I also posted a OBD0 to OBD1 conversion that detailed the wiring of VTEC, O2, ect.

They're pretty much the same engine. Put it in the same way you take/took the blown one out.....
