Default 07 CRV Trans vibrating at idle in gear

I have an 07 CRV that I bought and put an engine into. The engine runs like new, but the auto tranny is giving me grief. At a light, there is a slight vibration coming from the steering wheel that makes my arm fat jiggle, and I'm not a fat guy! Don't try to tell me it's spark plugs or IAC controller, that's just not true. When I let go of the brake, the car accelerates too fast, and slowing to a stop, I feel like I'm fighting the engine. When I put the car in Neutral, it purrs like a kitten. It appears all the electronic sensors and switches are external, but they are NOT cheap and there are like 7-10 of them. Has anyone out there ever successfully diagnosed and FIXED this annoying problem? I don't want to waste money by throwing parts at it. BTW, 1000's of people have the same issue on every kind of car. Let's solve it once and for all!

Any trouble codes? Many parts stores will check for free.

it could definitely be an idle air controller though. It doesn't necessarily have to be a transmission problem, which i don't really think it is anyway.

post up the codes.
