Default ? about ASR SFB

Is the there any other sway bars that will fit on the asr subframe brace on an eg civic. i dont want to run a 24mm i think thats to big even for track purpose only. does any one have any opinions or setups they have or think i should run. I as well need a front sway bar what would be good for track use only i was thinking 24mm up front and 22 or so in back.?? please help!!

An OEM ITR 22 mm will work. I'd recommend a stock front bar off an integra and an ITR rear to start. Swaybars are a "personal preference" sort of thing. Some people like their cars a bit more loose ( bigger rear sway) than others. The type R rear is a great start because its a big improvement over stock, cheap and shouldn't be overwhelming the first few times you drive with it. If you like it, great! If you feel like you need more, then get a 24+.

Integra model - Front / Rear diameter (mm)

86-89 All Models - 17.0 / 17.0
90-93 All Coupes - 23.0 / 14.7
90-93 All Sedans - 23.0 / 15.9
94-99 RS/LS/GS/SE Coupe - 22.1 / 12.9
94-99 RS/LS/GS/SE Sedan - 22.1 / 14.0
94-01 GS-R - 24.0 / 14.0
97-01 Type R - 24.0 / 22.0
98-01 LS/GS Coupe - 24.0 / 12.9
98-01 LS/GS Sedan - 24.0 / 14.0

I think the ITR rear sway is a perfect size also. It makes the car more willing to turn without being overly twitchy. PM me if you are interested in buying a GSR front sway bar.

I'm running a 26mm front (00-si) and 22mm rear (itr) with ASR subframe. The car rotates just fine, some understeer, but with practice it's getting better. I've had some spinouts due to coming in too sharp and braking too late, overturning and causing oversteer.

I bought mine new from Honda. Try oemacuraparts.com or acuraoemparts.com. There are other places too. Prices should be comparable unless the part is discontinued :O
