2001 Honda Accord - What is this relay and where can I buy it?

2001 Honda Accord: Cranks but doesn't start.
They had had the clutch switch (don't know the proper name, the button/switch that gets pressed when you put your foot all the way down on the clutch pedal) dangling and simply pressed the button with their hand to start the car. Now both switch/buttons on the clutch pedal had no rubber stopper, so the other switch, which should be normally pressed, was not pressed 100% of the time. Don't know what it does. I taped a dime to it so now it's normally pressed at rest, lol.
The picture of this relay was dangling as well. And it sparked a few times, the soldered metal back end board of it a few times, hitting metal down there. I had checked all the fuses and none were blown, but possibly blown now after half a second of spark. If it did, which fuse would be blown?
I can't for the life of me find this part. Don't know the name, part number, where to find it, what it's called, what it does, etc. One black box on it says 12v, the other little black box says 4v. I'm guessing and throwing parts. I know, it's terrible, judge me, or help me because I hate this car with passion. I hear tell that relays are a notorious problem with these cars for not starting, so I'm taking a stab in the dark. The only other thing I've tried to spray carb cleaner down the intake, and that did nothing. Car cranks all day like a dream, just doesn't start. Also heard pray tell of a ignition switch problem or something that was a TSB or recall or something with these cars, who knows. This car's key does get jammed sometimes and hard to turn, maybe that's something.
What happened was the DLC, clutch switch button thingie, and this relay you see in the picture, all three of these nice little things were all dangling. Someone accidentally ripped out the wire for the clutch switch thing and repaired it, and the car cranks now so that's good and I believe that means it's working properly and doing it's job, but now the car won't start. Since these were the only things that were messed with, that's my guess. But please, chime in.
The ridiculous thing has "MAIN RELAY A" written on it and I type that into everywhere and I see a picture of a regular looking relay instead that looks nothing like this. Am I insane?
TL;DR - WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS THING AND WHERE CAN I FIND ANOTHER ONE? http://imgur.com/a/jSGd7#0

It's the main relay. The cover was removed from the one you have. There are actually two relays in the assembly.
The Honda part number is 39400-S84-003.
You can read more about the function in these link:

Okay there's a problem. I looked up that part number and it showed a relay with 4 blades. But the relay I have has 7 blades, where it connects. Oh nevermind, I've found relays on Ebay that looks like it with 7 blades. They just have the cover on which is what confused me, hah. Oh boy.

part 13
you must have been looking up the wrong part number cause that's the main relay and it's 7 blades
