NEED HELP 94 EG GSR SWAP

hey guys new here, first post, having a problem with my eg, when im sitting in one spot with the car running, the gas needle is fluctuating, any ideas as to why this would be happening? Please help, thanks

Does the car and everything else run ok? Any cel? Was the needle doing this prior to the swap?
