The intake manifold bolt pattern of the GSR/SiR-G head are different than that of any other B series. I think you can re-drill an ITR manifold to work. But I'm not 100% on if that's true or if it's a good idea.
You can get an aftermarket manifold...but they're ugly and typically don't do much without supporting mods like cams, TB, and tuning at the very least.
A good aftermarket header is a good place to find power on the B series. Remember that I said GOOD aftermarket header.

Any JDM B18 VTEC engine is referred to as a "B18C". The manifold you have will fit a B18C Type R head. It will NOT fit a B18C blacktop (GSR/SiR-G)
More specifically and in other words, if you have GSR/SiR-G P72 head, the manifold you bought will NOT work. I'm sure it says somewhere on the part description if you bought it from a retailer that the manifold is NOT meant for the GSR/SiR-G head.
Why are you installing a manifold? Did your engine come without one?
