We have a 1999 Accord v-6 AT with 99k. The dying problem seems to happen mostly while driving with the cruise control on and driving down the highway. The car dies no dash lights nothing. I can turn the key off and back on and the engine fires back up. I'm not starting the engine I just turn the key off and then back on. If I turn off the cruise control the car drives just fine down the road.

When it dies it acts like the key is shut off, no dash lights nothing.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
