Hey guys,to start with I've looked for this and found some stuff, but no real
answer. My buddy has a 91 si with key in on main relay has rapid clicking noise and led on ecu flashes rapid,We have done all the basic stuff checked grounds inside and out,battery is new,dizzy is new,fuel pump does prime and is working with key on tried 2 known working ecu's same thing and main relay has been replaced also....again I looked for something on this,but could not find an answer,any help would be great thanx.

 

Hey guys just wanted to update this and let you know after 3 weekends of looking for an unknown problem we found it,the thermostat housing ground was loose causing this issue. So if any of you ever have this problem check that be sure it's tight. Just wanted to give an answer to this since I couldn't find one with my search hope it help's.
