Default b16a rough idling no vacuum leaks.

so I bought a b16 a swap from Japan first generation B Series and I change the gaskets around Unfortunately I did not know that part of the original intake manifold gasket was still stuck to the manifold and I had issues with vacuum Leaks afterwards I remove the manifold went and exchanged my intake manifold gasket with a brand new one installed it and I used a smoke machine into the intake manifold I no longer saw any smoke come out meaning that you have no vacuum leaks I connected all t as the first time i did. All vacuum lines are correctly when I to turn on the engine is it still very rough to where I have to put my hand over the intake throttle body. It is a B16A 1st generation has a air box at the bottom of the block I'm not sure if that's a issue and it is connected and bolted on properly but I'm not sure is it works properly any ideas the only thing that comes to my mind is that possibly the leak is coming from a radiator hose I have no water and a broken radiator on the engine everything is plugged in and everything is getting positive and negative thank you for the help and tips
