jdm b18c with omni power tps

hey guys, i installed a omni power tps today and tried to calibrate it, but no matter what position it was in it kept being at .03v at CT.

any assistance?

1 troubleshoot
plug in old tps and check voltage readings, if it looks normal then good posibility is that u got a bad tps sensor
