I have a 4dr Si that makes a Noise when you are in nutreal and blip the throttle. It sounds like a bearing sort of noise if that makes any sense. My car has been having hard starts recently. Like not starting until the 3 time or so when you crank it. The sound seems to be coming ffrom my oil pan I believe. My car has 101k miles on it. Any way to diagnose it? Any more information just let me know

Hard to know. Could be your tensioner pulley or something worse. Is the check engine light?

Take it to a shop. It's going to be hard to properly diagnose a car on the internet.
