jdm h22a won't rev past 3500 rpms

I have a 97 civic ex with jdm h22a and lsd tranny with p75 ecu. All the sudden my speedo stopped functioning and my car won't rev past 3500rpms limp mode I guess. Cannot figure it out any ideas? Thanks

Check the wiring to the VSS, check the VSS, take it apart make sure it is clean.

$15 dollar vss's all over ebay and amazon...easy to install

First off, you need the correct ECU to run an H22, a p75 is for an LS and will not work right. You need a P13 ( I believe) ecu.

As far as not going passed 3500, usually that's a bad TPS sensor.
