Hello everyone I don't usually get on here alot. But I currently converted my R to RHD and so far I'm having issue with my brake. If I was to drive for 5 mins my brake in my car will slowly stiffen and get hard as hell. I would be at a constant speed of 60 and my R will slowly lose acceleration . I would have to pull over and release air pressure from both the brake booster and brake caliper. And once I do so my car will drive good again but yet slowly go through the same issue. I bled the brake and clutch and I'm still having trouble. I even change out the M/C and that didn't solve the issue ether.

 

Sounds like the adjustment between the booster and master is out too far pushing the piston down a touch when you bolt the master down. This won't allow the return of fluid in the system from the calipers back to the resivour.

 

Orrrrrrrrrrr the linkage from the booster to the pedal, if its over adjusted it can do the same.
