Default 2.2 engine Swap

I recently just purchased a 1994 honda accord, that has a blown head gasket, and i already have a 1997 accord that was totaled, but has a good engine. My delema is the 94 is a 2.2 vtech and the 97 is just a 2.2. Are there any differences in doing a swap? Thanks for your time, cody.

You would just need the 94-95 f22b2 ecu and use your existing distributor.

If it was me I would just pick up a jdm f22b sohc vtec though and swap that in instead.

why not just fix the head gasket? or are the pistons and/or head damaged? have you done a compression or leak down test?
