immobilizer problem EK4 - can't get car to start
hi,
I got a problem with the factory immobilizer of a EK4 civic.. The immobilizer does not respond to he central locking anymore, so I cant get the car to start. I checked the fuses and noticed it was on the same fuse as the sunroof. So after sliding the sunroof in and out the immobilizer responded! This worked once..
(maybe just a coincidence) I tried both of the central locking buttons but it simply doesnt respond..

ukdm correct?
edit: if so than you should've gotten a red key with the car to help with the reprogramming. If not than you will need to either remove the immobilizer or bring it to the dealership to reprogram the key.
