Default 2000 civic si rough start codes 6,7&10.

I just recently took my intake off and shortened it up a bit and since then the car does not want to start. After several times of cranking it over it starts and ill idle but as soon as you touch the gas it dies immediately. After it idles a bit and warms up it will run but miss fire. I did throw a CEL, I jumped it and got #6ECT - water temperature sensor , #7TPS - throttle position sensor and #10IAT - intake air temperature sensor . What could I possibly have done to cause it to throw all three of these at the same time? All the connection are hooked up correctly and nothing was damaged, I'm just baffled as to how this could have happened just from taking my intake tube off?? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you reset the ECU, do any of the codes return?

Okay, went out tonight and cleaned everything in the intake with CRC, checked all connections and reset the ecu. All 3 codes returned and it is still running like garbage. As far as I can tell everything looks fine the only thing that wasnt quite perfect was the connector for the tps. It goes on tight but does not click once all the way on. Also did some searching around for a vac leak and could not find anything.

Make sure that wire colors in those sensor connectors match to the sensors throwing codes.

More than likely you have the tps/map switched

I thought that was a possibility so I tried to switch them around. I couldn't even make the one connected to the tsp reach the map so I don't think that is the case. Would pictures be helpful?
