This was from the explanation from the previous owner. It's in regards of the mileage wasn't legible on the paperwork.

Old owner is still active at nwp. I bought it march 2012.

Carfax says branded. "Mileage issue". I assume it's not clean but not rebuilt. Honestly never heard of branded title. It's on the carfax.

Thanks my friend! I value this car the way I see fair for me. I spent close to $30k on this project. Quality parts and nothing spared. Don't drive it enough. Since taking ownership I put 3k miles since March 2012.

Good looking car, and good luck with sale but 21k buys a lot of car. Hell, you could get a clean title Type R for that, and a street bike that would chit all over both on the track.
