Hi I have a 97 accord sedan with the 2.2 in it. I went and got the codes read and got p0171 and some kind of transmission range code but they guy wouldn't tell the code because it only came up because of my o² sensors being toasted. Sound like baloney to me, so what your guys take on it. I thought about doing plugs/wires and see where we are at. I also have some clanking and crunching going on in my suspension and my local geezer told me it was the bj’s. How could I check to see if they are worn and what other checks should I do on a high mileage Honda? Its prolly worth mentioning I got this car a year ago from one of those shady little used lots with junkyard behind it, so I don't really know anything about this car.
