The temperature gauge on my 1997 Accord isn't functioning correctly. After warmed up, it will rise from below the blue mark but won't go past the first mark. I've replaced the temperature sending unit and it started working, but immediately after that it messed up again. My uncle who's a mechanic doesn't think its the thermostat either because my heater works great. Any ideas? Thanks!

 

Did you replace the sender with one wire? Under thh distributor? Thats the one youre concerned with. Do you have a OBDII monitor that displays engine stats? You can hook it up, and it will show an accurate ECT temp.
