Default 2005 Honda accord EXL V-6 Transmission problems

Hello,
I have an 2005 honda accord exl with a v-6 and an automatic transmission. I am the third owner of the car. The car is in overall great shape and was maintained regularly. The mileage on the car is 116,120. It takes 1-2 seconds longer then it should to shift. When I put it in reverse from park it takes 1-2 seconds to shift. When ever I put it in drive from reverse it takes 1-2 seconds for the transmission to shift. I do not feel the transmission slipping. It feels like when you are driving a stick and are shifting between gears and leaving it netural too long. I also change the transmission fluid at 110,000 miles and that seemed to help the problem a little bit. Do you know anything that could cause this problem to happen?
Thanks in Advance

Do you have problems with the shifting of the tranny , lets say upshift through the gears or down shift ?
Also have you check your throttle body to see if it is clean?

No the only time I have trouble is when I put my car into drive and reverse and vice versa. I have not checked the throttle body yet, but I will. Thanks for giving me the website link.
Thank you

Are you producing any DTC's? Does the vehicle "flare" (raise in RPM) between shifts?

I would check the fluid level and that the correct fluid was installed.

Are you the only one that drives the vehicle? When did this problem start?
