Icon2 Steering Rack/Tie Rod

When I replaced my sway bar bolt/bushings, I noticed that the ball end of the tie rod (to steering rack) has a small amount of play to it - Does this mean I need to replace the entire steering rack, or can I get just the tie rod w/ball?

I looked at a couple of kits for inner/outer tie rods, but none have the ball at the end that goes into the rack - When I pulled on the tie rod the ball moved out and in about 1/4 of an inch

Thank you so much! I was looking at the prices for a new steering rack, and almost **** myself! It's a hell of a lot cheaper to get just the inner rods LOL

My integra used to be hellafush so underneath space was limited, this allows you to work outside of the wheel well, has a 1/2'' drive female coupler at the end.

You can certainly do just one if that's what you want to do.im the since we are here proved i can afford to do both I'm the both is better type chick. I'm like that about brakes tires steering parts spark plugs and spark plug wires. Like doing it that ways so that the next time there is a issue i i can say with relative certainty the thing i know it's not because i already fixed that thing. Besides if one gave out the other ain't far behind and this way u know where ur Gina be changing it and that u have the tools and it didn't cause a wreck or nothing.
