Found these rims, not sure if real, can't find info.

Found these rims, not sure if real, can't find info.
They "appear" to be Buddy Clubs, says P1 Racing II. Odd thing is they're a universal 4 bolt, and all of my searching comes up nil.

Hah, yeah. As soon as I asked him what was stamped on the back and he said, "Rays Engineering Japan" I knew, lol.
