Default Obd2 to obd1 conversion

Hi HT!

I have an obd2 ecu harness and thinking about converting to obd1. What are the things ill need? Is it just a plug and play thing or i have to rewire other parts too? I have no idea on what i should do to convert it to obd1 or will it be easier if i stick to obd2 ecu instead?

Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated

Obd2a is what i got. Not really looking up to tune my car itll stay what it has now since its my dd anyway. The only reason i asked is because i have 5speed with auto ecu on it and planning to buy a new ecu just wanted some info before i purchase it. Thanks!

Buy the correct ECU for the motor you have. An OBD1 will not pass emissions either.
