Default 2005 Honda crv rolling back on the incline?

Hi everbody, I am the new here and this is the first post,

I have recently bought a 2005 Honda Crv (european mod) automatic transmission, everthing is nearly ok with my crv so far, but about two things I would like to consult,

-it has automatic transmission but when I start moving on the incline (for some degree), Crv rolls backward in D, D3,D2,D1, I tried each one by one. I read from some forum sites that Honda automatic transmission(specifically civic) has a special system only in D2 for rolling back (like anti rolling system), but my Crv is not like this, is it normal or?

-I realized that a single 'click' noise is coming from dashboard, just before stopping. Is this a safty something?

Thanks in advance for answers.

FWIW, my 2004 (same generation) with 65k-ish miles on it does the same thing on a steep incline.

How far does it roll back do you guess? And are you giving it gas when this happens or is it before applying throttle?

It only rolls at idle after coming to a stop on a steep incline.

Dude.........its not in gear at a stop/idle so yes it will roll back. Just like in a 5spd if its not gear and you let off the brakes its gonna roll back.
