I understand that the shift linkage for the del sol is just a bit shorter. I found that I should get a set for a '95 Del Sol. I was going to order a set from Honda but it looks like there are 2 options; one set of numbers applies to the S and SI models with a second set of numbers that applies to the VTEC model. I assume I need to order the VTEC linkage but want to be sure before I order. Am I correct in that I need the VTEC linkage?

 

Yes, for b series swap you need the 94-97 VTEC sol linkage.

Also you can use others b series linkages. i.e. EM1

 

You need the VTEC linkage. Btw the Del Sol Linkage is actually longer.
