Our Si's are featured in the next episode of Boston Public . Both cars were used during the filming. My Si was the actor vehicle and Civic Power's Si was the stunt car. It involves a street race with a BMW. You have to watch to see who wins! It airs on Nov 4th at 8:00 pm (PST) on Fox. Be sure to watch.

I posted this in the F/I forum because both Si's are turbocharged.

 

How did they go about picking your cars to use for the show?

 

cool I watch that show, will check it out for sure.

 

A friend of mine actually got the call but his car did not fit the profile, so he suggested us. They required two cars that are identical to the most part. This way they could shoot 2 scenes at the same time. It was fun but long hours.

 

so you had to let other people rape your car? Did you get paid? I don't quite understand why they need to shoot 2 scenes at once, just to save time? Were you in any shots?

 

I like that show...unfortunately we get old episodes in Korea.

I saw boston public yesterday, then I saw the previews for next week and I saw the cars were si's. I'll be watching it next week. Thats cool man.

Did anyone see the Law And Order SVU-- with all the cool "street racing" and "centrifugal superchargers".... it was cool until they started talkinga bout nitrous... "adrenaline in a bottle"

 

I think that was CSI, not Law and Order... featured the WW RSX...

Got the video, but it's on VHS... And it's been distributed around already.. not sure where is has ended up.

 

Too bad that show sucks now or else I would watch it to see your car. Anybody else notice how every episode is the same?

It's either somebody is pregnant, or somebody is on drugs, or something, and they make such a big massive deal out of it. Then the teacher gets involved, then the principal, then the parents talk to the principal, then after that the bus driver comes in with "smell that shoe".

Damn just thinking about it drives me nuts.
