Default 98 integra LS cooling issue

so i recently bought a 98 integra LS sedan and replace the thermostat because the gauge would go down while driving, now the gauge stay at normal temp when while driving but fans dont seem to come on. it may be the relay switch or the fans could be bad, but can the temperature sensor on the T-stat housing or the ECT sensor??

Before you changed the thermostat, had you noticed that your fans were coming on?

It's pretty cold out and they may have never needed to kick on.

Having a full size radiator makes our cars not have the fans come on for a very long time, have you tried wiring the fans straight to the battery just to see if your fans work?

There are 2 fans with the same color wires, towards the bottom of the page.

Keep your fingers and loose clothes away from the fan blades.

1. Test the fans separately.
2. Unplug the plug (C155 or C206) and secure that plug and its cable away from the blades.
3. get an old lamp cord or extension cord.

Did I mention to keep your fingers and loose clothes away from the blades?
4. connect one wire to the battery neg and to the motor's blk wire
5. connect the 2nd wire to the battery pos and to the motor's blu/blk wire
and the fan will spin.
