I thought my fluids were dry(i just got the car couple weeks ago) and tried getting fluid out and I saw it drip out one of the holes on the hood. So I refilled the fluid tank.. still no washer fluid comes out.

Any thoughts

 

If the stuff actually comes out of your nozzle, your pump works and the hoses should be fine as far as the hood. I suggest you open you hood and have someone to activate the windshield-washer. If the pressure is low on one side I presume your hose to the 2nd one is loose or broken because the rest of the pressure is going to take the easiest way out.
