Today Fayetteville dragway reached out to the import racers on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/fayetteville.dragstrip trying to figure out what classes/series ideas we have and north vs south was brought up what do you guys think about bringing back the battle

 

Should be east vs. west

 

east vs west is a no go. they said bring back the battle, not a beating..... j/k

 

they still have battle of the imports at dinwiddie?

 

East Vs. West would be badass. Hold the event at a track right smack in the middle of the states

 

North vs. South would get ugly for us redneck folks.

 

Ive been to a North vs South at Piedmont, the $50,000 race. Those were all Pro Mod style cars, but it was a good time and some really good racing. I think they were about even on who won it. I know that Troy Coughlin brought a mountain motor Pro Stock to one of them and won it all.

 

I went to a big North vs. South grudge race in 12. Was supposed to be a bunch of badass grudge cars there, I couldn't get a race with any of them???

Or is this a different North vs. South deal??
