picked up a 90 Civic DX with Vtec swap with rev limit issues?
I have attached pictures of wiring, pretty cut up. rpms stop climbing at about 3500 hard to tell with no tach. but each gear can only gain about 15mph before hitting the rpm limits. (d15B)

problem was solved, it was caused by injector being lose on cylinder 4 
car is running great. now time to rebuild my 88 CRX SI bottom end
