98 Accord right window doesnt roll down

I need some help with figuring out why my right front window wont roll down. I already replaced the fuse and still nothing. Is it possibly a short in the door?

If the power door locks also don't work, try the multiplex "wakeup" process outlined in this Honda bulletin:
