Default Coolant refill

My 1991 Accord Lx (5 speed Manual Trans) coolant is low. Wanted to add and bleed today but snow is on outside I have no garage, would it be prudent to just add some more in the reservoir and radiator and wait for a few days for the weather to be clement and remove the old coolant and and replace with fresh new coolant? What do you think guys?

Many thanks!

Just keep an eye on your temp gauge and everything should be fine!
