will these tires fit...

will falken azenis (205/50/15) fit on stock 97' prelude rims?? TIA

no stock 97 and up prelude rims are 16"

yeah, you might have some problems fitting 15" tire on some 16" wheels

better yet, you'd have a hell of a time trying to get those 15" wheels onto a 5th gen lude

Don't put those on stock prelude wheels, putting 15" tires on 16" rims is very dangerous. . .You always have to match the tire diameter to the rim diameter.

15" rims fit on 5th gens, they are stock on 4th gen VTEC's which have the same suspension, howver it's the smallest size you can put on and still clear the caliper.
