$300 for tokico blues?!
For around that, you can get Koni STRT. www.thmotorsports.com. THM is in the vendor section also. Definitely recommend them over any other shock for your purposes.
Do you need springs also? If so, you can either find a used set for almost free or www.bernardiparts.com for geniune Honda parts
Don't overpay at autozone for KYB GR2.

Blues can be had for cheaper online. Theyre a little firmer then OEM. Usually a shop charges 50 per corner to install.
Ive used them in the past and i havent had any complaints.
Koni SRT are also decent, but i think they are recommended for a drop.

STR-T can be used with stock springs. The quality of tokico blues has gone down. The coating flakes off within about 2 days or something. The damper quality itself isn't bad. But Koni is definitely better. Both are lifetime guaranteed, IIRC.
Well I think the springs I have on are still okay. (160k miles is a lot)
Although I think itll be better to buy new springs aswell.
Any good combo set up?
I wouldnt mind a drop but not looking for anything crazy since it is DD

whatta deal! ^^
the thing is, with civics, the front needs more of a drop then the rear to make it look level.
Alot of lowering springs like these lower everythingbut still retains the front end a little high.
