2005 Accord Automatic Transmission Shifts

I own a V6 Accord with Auto/transmission; 200K miles. Hard shifts from 1st to 2nd and problems with matching gears to engine speed...any thoughts?

You need to change the transmission fluid. The sluggishness has generated due to all the friction it has accumulated in. You might wanna think of changing the oil.
