I really thought this would be a glove fit since its an OEM piece. I've searched and people are saying its glove fit but mine isn't. I installed using the provided hardware and drilled holes on the OEM bumper which was already marked. However the lip hangs loose. There is about 1/4 of an inch gap all around. have any of you had this problem? My only solution now is to drill holes on the usdm bumper and use the rear mounts of the JDM lip. The holes however are not pre-marked on the USDM bumper. to those who have gone through this how did you go about the installation?

 

It just looks like you need to tighten it down some more. Is there something blocking the two pieces from mating?

 

its at its tightest on the sides. there's nothing blocking the two pieces. There are mounts on the lip but that doesn't seem to be an issue. its seems just a tad loose. I'm thinking I need to drill holes on the OEM bumper and use the mounts on the lip to bring them closer together.

 

Isn't there suppose to be like a seal in between? Like 3m double sided tape
