I dunno if my gauge cluster has been modified or not. This DB8 is my first integra so I'm not 100% familiar with the little things… but I get a LOT of light coming out from the mileage bouncing down to the gauge bezel reflecting onto the windshield at night
1. The white circle at the top if the reflection I get on the windshield (right in my line of sight)
2. The white circle at the bottom is the light bouncing off to the windshield
3. The smallest white circle from the vehicle mileage is where the light is coming from

Here's what I've used… but it has NOT remedy the situation but has lessened it a decent amount.

Krylon Fusion Camouflage Paint
This ultra-flat paint is non-reflective to provide the ultimate camouflage. Bonds to most plastics. No sanding, no priming. Ideal for sporting and hunting equipment, decoys and more. Fast dry; fully chip-resistant after 7 days. Dry to touch 15 minutes or less, to handle 1 hour. For use with Wood, Metal, Wicker, Wrought Iron, Plastic, Hard Vinyl, Glass, Plaster, Ceramic, Paper, Paper Mache.
So I don't know if this is only an issue I'm having or not, hopefully we can get some good participation here.

1) Go buy 3 194NA bulbs
2) Swap cluster bulbs with those purchased (no not use blue bulb condoms on new bulbs)
3) ???
4) Profit (from reduction in glare & superior gauge cluster light color)
Yeah, mine did that too. You can also dim the light a bit to help.

It is a cheap thing to try. I think I spent all of $8 on bulbs, since I had to buy 2 packs of 2 bulbs. 194NA are commonly available corner bulbs.
The amber color produces less reflection, and is easier on the eyes.
Not mine, but what Google provided:

LOL you guys too funny with the SouthPark reference
SOOoooo…… here is an update:
As I've said before, my first teg…*so I don't know all the fine details of what I expect is OE vs Mod. I'm pretty sure this thing is modded!!!!
I went to the Zone and bought some 194NA bulbs and proceeded to take apart the cluster and this is what I see…

That said, I took the bulbs back, got a soldering iron in exchange to reattach the wire like it was before and just put a piece of small cardboard above the odometer reading to hopefully prevent the light from shining down onto the gauge bezel at night. Wasn't trying to make a mission out of just fixing a small issue

Now I wonder why anyone would add LED ribbon strips to the inside of the cluster housing?????
I would remove it. 94

What the eff. Dude why did yiu put a strip of leds INSIDE the cluster like that? The light has to go through the sockets to be visible. Putting the leds like that wont do anything.
That being said, does anyone know of a way to make dimmable leds? Like some sort of pwm dimmer box or something.
I think putting amber leds in the cluster would be nice, but only if I can dim them. Otherwise ill try to find some amber bulbs
(Edit)
Got off my lazy *** and looked it up. Looks like pwm dimmers are pretty cheap and small. I bet I could wire up a series string of leds and gut the bulb holders for the back lights and replace it all with leds. Probably would be better than trying to re wire the stock dimmer into the pwm or some crap.

He bought the car like that.
OP desolder the wires if you can. Your going to have to take a trip to the junkyard to grab the sockets that hold the bulbs to the back of the cluster. If you can't get the solder off from the green film you can grab that from the junkyard too.
Or you could just flock your bezel and never worry about it reflecting again.

Well that explains why the OP has so much more glare than most. I found it to be a minor nuisance at worst, when the light is turned all the way up (which I never do), before I swapped in amber bulbs.
Now, my CEL and seatbelt light sure glare and reflect onto the windshield, but those shouldn't be on under most conditions.

Thank you to those of you who read
Desoldering won't be too difficult, in fact I almost ripped it all out to go with the bulbs I bought (and returned) but I didn't see where the hell to put the bulbs LOL but you've explained that.
Neat trick with the flocking…*never heard/seen anything like that before.
I tested tonight and that lil cardboard piece I put over the top side of the odometer has done the trick so I'm just leaving it alone…*don't want to deal with it anymore than I already have heh
